We believe that design thinking is the driver of every process involving creativity and innovation.
That is why we apply the methods and tools of traditional and generative design to the universes of marketing, communication, interaction and services.
We devise and develop strategic design projects, creativity facilitation workshops, visual identity systems, digital and traditional communication projects, service systems, interaction and cultural enhancement projects.
We do this for enterprises, institutions, organizations, institutes, territories, people.
We define internal and external marketing strategies and programs, putting in order organizations and positioning the brands on the markets.
We do this through the methodologies and tools of design thinking by putting at the center of the analytical and creative process,
the organization and the final user as a person.

Giovanni De Luca is a communication designer. From 2006 to 2023 he worked as a designer and creative director for the communication agency La Cosa of which he was co-owner. He is mainly involved in communication visual, brand design, service design for business for enterprises, startups, entities, associations and individuals. He is also specialized in defining strategies for digital/traditional communication and in design thinking for creativity, innovation and communication. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Cognitive Science at the University of Messina and Subject expert in Philosophy of Language and Communication at the the University of Calabria.
Giovanni Gaglianone is a senior account and project manager. Since 2002 he is an account for local and national newspapers and publishing groups; from 2009 to present he is sole director and business manager of the communication agency La Cosa. Cultural anthropology graduate, he collaborated from 1994 to 2000 in ethnographic based museographic and exhibition design at the Special Superintendence of the National Museum Pigorini in Rome. He is currently involved in consulting in the field of communication and relationship marketing, public relations, and project management for communication projects and events, client portfolio management.
Filippo Giordano is a management engineer. He began his professional activity as a project manager in international construction companies and in 2008 he joined the team of RHL Architettura, a firm of engineering active in Rome, following out realizations of high profile technology and innovation. Since 2019 he has been a partner in the firm and is mainly involved in of project management, serving as the sole manager of launch, planning, execution, control and closure of the projects. In addition, he is certified expert in minimum environmental criteria (CAM). Past-president of a major general contractor based in Rome, since 2021 he has been technical director of a nonprofit association for the management of international charity projects.
Pierfrancesco Celani is an architect and urban planner. Since 2007, he has been a partner in AREA4 architecture and engineering associate firm and has collaborating with prestigious international firms such as the Freedman Tung and Sasaki Urban Design and City Planning in San Francisco (California, USA). He is primarily involved in. architectural design, urban and regional planning and cultural and natural heritage enhancement. He is also specialized in participatory design, sustainable urban development and new technologies applied to the city. PhD in programming psychology and artificial intelligence, he is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in Designing sustainable spatial planning at the Department of Engineering Environment of the University of Calabria.
